the stone is broken into at least three pieces, with parts of the epitaph missing; the surface is in fair to good condition, with the surviving lines legible
Conservation:
This stone was uncovered during trenching near vul. Yuri Rohatyn 22 in autumn 2011 and identified to RJH by Mykhailo Vorobets on 12 Oct 2011. Mr Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the new Jewish cemetery and then to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.
