fair; only a portion of the stone remains, with parts of six lines of the epitaph

Conservation:

The stone was recovered and returned to the old cemetery before 2011, but was left just inside the fence at the bottom of the north end. In May 2019, volunteers working to clear the old cemetery of wild vegetation carried the stone up the stairs and placed it near the ohel so it would be less exposed to weeds and debris from clearing.
