fair; only the bottom portion survives, with two lines of the epitaph, which is partially damaged

Conservation:

The stone was one of many found at undocumented locations around Rohatyn and recovered under the direction of Mykhailo Vorobets and moved to the new Jewish cemetery in 2013. Mr. Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.

This fragment belongs with stone RL0133; the epitaph here combines both fragments. When combined, it appears that name Mendel is that of the father of the deceased.
