the stone is broken into at least three pieces, with parts of the epitaph missing; the surface is in fair to good condition, with the surviving lines mostly legible
Conservation:
The stone was one of many found at undocumented locations around Rohatyn and recovered under the direction of Mykhailo Vorobets and moved to the new Jewish cemetery in 2012. Mr. Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.
