good, but the face is worn and discolored with a partially-illegible epitaph; the upper edge is lost with at least one line of epitaph; the bottom edge is also broken

Conservation:

The stone was one of many found at undocumented locations around Rohatyn and recovered under the direction of Mykhailo Vorobets and moved to the new Jewish cemetery in 2011. Mr. Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.
