Conservation:

The stone was one of several found in the vul. Zavoda neighborhood west of the Rohatyn city center and reported by Mykhailo Vorobets on 17May2011. Mr. Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the new Jewish cemetery and then to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.
