the stone is broken with only part of the epitaph surviving; surface damage obliterates part of each line

Conservation:

The stone was one of several found on the west bank of the Hnyla Lypa River, just north of the Zavoda bridge, and reported by Mykhailo Vorobets on 13May2011. Mr. Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the new Jewish cemetery and then to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.
