good; the epitaph carving is very primitive, but mostly intact

Conservation:

The stone was found at an unknown location in Rohatyn by city workers, then transferred by them to an empty lot behind the district administration building at vul. Halytska 65 in the Rohatyn city center, where it was reported by Mykhailo Vorobets on 13May2011. The stone was moved to the new Jewish cemetery by RDRG/RJH on 13May2011. Mr. Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.
