The stone was found in the backyard of a house at vul. Zelena 41 in Rohatyn and reported by Mykhailo Vorobets on 13May2011. Mr. Vorobets later arranged to have the stone moved to the new Jewish cemetery and then to the old Jewish cemetery in spring 2015.
