very good, with a very legible epitaph; the upper left corner is broken and the bottom portion is also lost, but none of the epitaph is missing
Conservation:
the stone was found with others adjacent to an electrical transformer across vul. Zelena from house 41, just above the creek which runs from the village of Kuttsi to Rohatyn; the stone was first moved by local people to the new Jewish cemetery in 2011, then moved in 2015 to the old Jewish cemetery
