There is a problem with the death dates carved into the stone, on both the front (Hebrew letters/numbers) and the back (Arabic numbers); the death dates do not match a known archival death record. AGAD record 300.0.4300 page 6 lists the death of Mozes Teichman, son of Szymon, on 12 October 1936. The death date on the back is clearly carved as 12/10 1937, i.e. one year late. The carved Hebrew date is harder to read but appears to be 26 Tishrei 5696; it should be 26 Tishrei 5697, corresponding to 12 October 1936.
