Other Notes:
[N] The top of the stone features two lions facing one another, each on an incline, between them two tablets of stone, upon which פ נ is inscribed. Reminiscent of the adornment commonly found on top of a Torah scroll ark in a synagogue, replacing the lettering referring to the Ten Commandments with פ נ.
[N5] The phrase 'full of days' ─ i.e. contented/satisfied.
[N5] לעולמו is shortened by one letter for no apparent reason other than lack of space.
[N5] The phrase 'he departed to his world' is a commonly-encountered, euphemistic expression for 'he died'.
[N6] The biblical name Gershon גרשון is rendered here as Gershin, possibly reflecting a regional Yiddish pronunciation.
[N8] At first sight the year appears to be תרכ'ד 5624. However, the year is more likely תרפ'ד 5684 ─ the 'ear' of the פ having simply been lost over time. Dating this gravestone 60 years earlier is unlikely, as it doesn't fit the general time-frame of the others in this dataset. Furthermore this questionable third letter is rounder than the square-shaped כ of בכל on line 2, supporting פ rather than כ.

Stone is recorded as Grounded because it is fixed in the Wall of Memory.
